Join us for "An Extrusion Dinner", NORMAN's first special dinner event, in collaboration with Turner Prize winners Assemble on May 9th from 7-10pm.
Join us for a unique dining collaboration between UK-based Turner Prize-winning design collective Assemble and A/D/O’s newly opened restaurant, Norman, by Claus Meyer and Fredrik Berselius in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
The night will feature drinks, dinner and a guided tour of Assemble's installation at A/D/O titled ‘A Factory As It Might Be’, and marks the first of many future collaborations at A/D/O, which combine design disciplines with culinary arts.
Head Chef Andrew Whitcomb has created a special menu exclusively for the evening inspired by Assemble’s factory, which was constructed by an industrial clay extruder. Selected dishes prepared for the evening will involve an extrusion process in their creation.
